About This Game

Fast-paced anagram game. Race to use all your tiles in a crossword grid. PEEL!

How to Play

  1. Place all 144 letter tiles face-down in the center ('bunch')
  2. Each player draws 21 tiles (for 2 players)
  3. Someone says 'Split!' — everyone flips tiles and starts building
  4. Arrange your tiles into interconnected words (like a personal crossword)
  5. All words must connect; no proper nouns
  6. When you've used all tiles, say 'Peel!' — everyone draws 1 more tile from the bunch
  7. If stuck, say 'Dump!' — return 1 tile, take 3 from the bunch
  8. Game ends when someone peels and the bunch has fewer tiles than players
  9. That player says 'Bananas!' and others check their grid
  10. If all words are valid, they win! If any are invalid, they're a 'rotten banana' — out!
