Ancient Chinese tile game adapted for two players. Match and collect sets of beautiful tiles.

How to Play

  1. Build the wall: shuffle tiles face-down and stack them
  2. Each player draws 13 tiles, arrange on rack hidden from opponent
  3. On your turn, draw a tile from the wall
  4. Try to form sets: Pungs (3 of a kind), Kongs (4 of a kind), or Chows (3 consecutive same suit)
  5. Discard one tile face-up after drawing
  6. You may claim opponent's discard to complete a set (call it out immediately)
  7. A complete hand = 4 sets + 1 pair (14 tiles total)
  8. First to complete a valid hand calls 'Mahjong' and wins
  9. Score based on hand value (special combinations score higher)
  10. Play multiple rounds, highest total score wins
