About This Game

A classic two-player hand management game. Launch expeditions by playing cards in ascending order, but starting an expedition costs points - only profitable expeditions score!

How to Play

  1. Deal 8 cards to each player
  2. Five expedition columns on the table (each a different color)
  3. On your turn: play a card to an expedition OR discard to the center
  4. Then draw from the deck or the top of any discard pile
  5. Cards in each expedition must be played in ascending order (2-10)
  6. Optional: play investment cards (handshake) BEFORE any numbered cards to multiply that expedition's score
  7. Starting an expedition costs 20 points — you must earn them back
  8. Round ends when the draw pile is empty
  9. Score each expedition: (sum of cards - 20) × multiplier. Add 20 bonus for 8+ cards
  10. Play 3 rounds, highest total wins
